CRA updates

I was just checking my reports and noticed both EQ and TU haven't updated several paid off accounts since May? I checked them through the Experian app. 

Is this normal ? And is there a way to get them to update the report? I need those points for an upcoming mortgage

It's up to the original creditors to report it

You can pull your credit reports from: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action 

Mortgage lenders also have the option of rapid rescore, at a cost

It must be something with the Experian app. I pulled TU and EQ through the link you posted and everything for the most part looks like it should. Thanks for that !

You can take advantage that all 3 CRA's are offering free weekly credit reports through April 2021 on annualcreditreport.com, instead of annually.

The EX app/subscription service only gives a free 3b update every quarter, that's why you haven't seen an update yet.
