Maybe, there's a difference between disputes and dispute remarks from the bureau perspective. Not entirely sure how to tell the difference in my experience but I'd give it a couple weeks and if the remarks are still there just call and ask to have them removed.
Also the verbiage may indicate something about customer disputes this, which can also be placed there by a lender which might've happened after the theoretical removal?
