I just called CSC at 12pm and I got a voicemail recording that says the staff is at a meeting and to call back at 1pm. Then I call an 800 number and I speak to a lady who tells me the staff is out for lunch and to call back at 1pm. I mean how many people work for this place. They can't even have diffrently scheduled lunches everyone has to go at once. This is just unbelievable. I wonder if equifax is aware that this is the crap the company they contracted does. Just had to vent.
