The attorney filed for telephonic appearance only so far. The lady told me I would not have to be there tomorrow and not until I am summons by the court do I have to appear. So that is coming I am sure

Should I try to call this attorney and work something out if he will at this point and it will never go to court? Will a judgement be against me anyway?

MY SOL is in Sept. of this year .....

I would advise  calling one of these attorney's today...say it is urgent & maybe thay can advise you.

Ask if you should send a DV to the attorney overnigt so that they will have it maybe before they make the call to judge?    I do not know about charges ask....maybe they will give advice for free or if not find out about charges to rep.you.

Also, check your original thread - it looks like that weezie responded to you with specific information about your state that you may want to read.   Weezie gave you some information that the attorney in your state would have told you.
