Calvary Portfolio

Hi,

After several searches I couldn't find exactly what I needed to know. So, I decided to ask w a new post.

Recently, I disputed Calvary Portfolio, and was then sent a letter asking me
to provide Address, Acct#, and reason why I am disputing this account, which they purchased from AT&T. Along with this information I was asked to have it notarized and sent in. I did nothing! On yesterday, I receive another letter basically stating that I owe 108.03 and have 7 days from the date of the letter to contact them with any supporting documentation. I have no recollection of service with AT&T(long distance) during the period which is specified. The SOL has passed, NC is 3 years for collections. DOL is 01/2004.

What's the next step in this matter? Only Calvary is reporting on my credit.

Re: Calvary Portfolio

did you send them a dv letter? you made the right call not doing thier job for them. if you send a dv letter they are required to send you that kind of documentation. don't do thier job for them!
