Can they? I got to do some homework on this one. I guess all I have to do is call my local justice court. I know they liable lie though. I have seen too many cases that should have been garnishments cases...but instead they sent them to collections. Just a guess...I think if its not in same area/city & State... they can't. If so...they would do it more. I would like some insight on this.
