Can I add a statement on my dispute?

I went to TU report on myfico and filled out a dispute form with notes. when I went to print it out to mail it didn't show my notes. Can I add my notes in writing on the form you think?

It is better if you write it because then an actual person will have to read it instead if it being scanned through a machine.
