Yes it is valid , ive been trying to do a PFD but they wont go for it ..

WalMart 5k , Amazon 3.5k,Chase Freedom 1.5k , Citi TY 2k, Discover IT1.1k, HomeDepot 2.8k , Chase Slate1.5k , BofA cash rewards 1.5k, Lowes 12k , Kay Jewelers 3k , Gardening until 2015!

In that case, a gentle reminder: it's against the forums TOS to advocate unethical means of "credit repair", which includes disputing items that you know are correct. Any posts that get into that particular minefield will have to be removed. Smiley Happy

 

Again, for those who aren't aware, the corporation called FICO is not licensed as a "credit repair" organization, so if posts dealing with credit repair (as opposed to credit improvement, etc.) are allowed to remain, they will expose FICO to legal penalties.

 

GW/ PFD discussions are fine, as the lender is the one who decides whether to cease reporting negative info.
