Can't get a FICO report/score

So,i was told now by a Fico rep that i cant buy a report/monitoring service because i dont have 36 months of credit history in my file. Not sure what you think but to me is a pile of bull. i get fico scores from credit union and discover as it is....

Try Credit Check Total for scores and reports. Get the 7 day trial, call to cancel, tell them its too expensive and they will offer you 50% off - $14.95 a month.

You don't need 36 months of history to sign up for the service.  You don't even need 36 months to generate a score.
