Re: Can this be possible?

Make sure you get it in writing from them. They can, and will delete things from your reports, but you want it in writing just in case they "forget" to do so. You can send them a friendly reminder to your agreement.

Are you saying they agreed and didn't remove, so you disputed?  I hope this is the case......and people who had PFD agreements and the CA didn't delete, have disputed and had the item deleted.

Or are you saying that you disputed saying they agreed to remove, when there really was no such agreement?  I hope this is not the case, as that would be fraudulent.

If it's not in writing (also on the CA's letterhead) you might be dead in the water...you have no tangible proof there was an agreement.

Re: Can this be possible?

calvary is gone off of all three as of today.

guess what? I took your advice Timothy.  I went to the hospital this morning to pay the bills.  well they pulled up my information and i had $1200 in bills!!!!! i'm like omg!! so i paid the two thats on my report and worked out a payment plan for the rest. i did that as opposed to letting it end up on my reports.  although they are quite old. like 1997-1999.
