Cancelling Experian CreditWorks

I signed up for Experian CreditWorks so I can see my credit scores. I was told on this board if I cancel before 7 days is up I wouldn't be charged.

I went into the app to look for a way to cancel but didn't find a way other than to change back to basic free Experian as I had before.

I got an email that my CreditWorks membership will end on 6/15 and "I will no longer be charged".

I emailed Experian again and pretty much got the same answer along with "Your deactivation confirmation number is XXXXXXXX and your credit card will no longer be charged any membership fees." Again listing the 6/15 end date.

How do I end this so I won't be charged? Your help will be greately appreciated!

Thanks!
