HP or SP for Discover second CC?

I already have a card with Discover, which has the free monthly TransUnion credit score. I think I want to apply for a second card in a couple months. Would they do a HP? If it's HP, maybe I won't do it. I don't mind them looking at everything, but I don't want another inquiry.

It's gonna be a HP. The only slight correlation that's been found for an SP is people who use their credit monitoring. But there's nothing in concrete about it.

I believe you can only apply for another Disco after your 1st one is a year old and yes it will be a new account so definitely a hardpull.
