Cannot get Transunion report on MYFICO.COM

Thanks everyone for replying to "just" my heading. Seeing that I am new to forum, it seem I did something wrong and my message was not posted.

I have been able to pull TU prior to December 2007, since then, I cannot obtain it from MYFICO.COM

I have been able to get it from truecredit, but all my scores seems lower than the ones on MYFICO.COM. Why is there an error message with an error code. I am currently in IRAQ and cannot call the 800 number given to me to call customer service. Any advice?

Just the title alone, speaks volumes.

They are either asleep at the wheel, their computer is broke, they've gone bankrupt, and have a cease and desist order, to STOP reporting(very doubtful), or massive, massive personal changes.

Do you get a message to call CS? it may simply mean tha you need to identify your identity or something.  But as screwy as TU is who knows.  Where you blocked from pulls from TC by any chance?

Either they are unable to pull your reportor TU is telling FICO in computer-speak that you have no file.
