This may sound stupid but i tried looking for it and could find anything.
Does the Upgrade Link works if your 3 B's are locked or frozen ? Not sure if they use a SP like when you try PreQual...

Same for me. It says i am not eligible and that the offer might have expired since they sent me the link. That's why i was wondering if it had anything to do with Bureaus being locked or frozen.

That's normal. I don't even get that anymore.
That link is still working for my account, but it only offers Venture and Venture One (I have QS).
I don't have any locks turned on at the moment.
