I can emphatically say that the scores don't update daily as they say they do. My TU8 score was 812 as reported by my monthly pull through the Experian app on June 2. On June 10, TU reported a balance change which took a balance from $2,900 to $0. That's 15.3% to 0% utilization. That ought to trigger a score change 100% of the time. CapOne is skipping along reporting my score as 812 every day since the balance update, even though it says "updated on June **. I'll continue to check it daily to see the date of the monthly change.
I'm seeing the same type of behavior too. The account balance data updates (dropped by almost $5000 in my case), but the score doesn't budge.
It is not credit wise's fault, transunion is at fault. This is what I have been seeing that Transunion does not up date for several days after closing dates Equifax up dates faster, for example Discover closes on the nineth of each month Equifax by 11 updates some times Transunion could take up to week to show Discover's new account balance.
So my Cap 1 account sent me that email like 10 days ago. Said they would be sending another WHEN I got FICO scoring instead if Vantage.
Didn't happen.
Woke this a.m. to find the change occurred sometime after midnight...funny thing is they say the FICO Score is exactly the same as their former Vantage score which was no where near my official Fico score from Fico 3B report.
As for what @NoHardLimits and @Junejer posted about cap 1 always had that lag for me so I am not surprised

No, it is on Credit Wise (CW). The account was updated on TU and Credit Wise still reports the same score it did prior to the update. I acknowledge that TU is unbearably slow at updating my accounts. Typically >a week in most cases. I have one account that was updated on EX on 5/25 and on EQ around 5/27. TU still has not updated the balance some two weeks or more later. This isn't the case with what's happening on CW though.

Agreed. My balance data is also already updated on Transunion. However, the Credit Wise score remains unchanged even after the balance shows as updated on TU.
This morning I check Creditwise to see if my Discover and Wf attune mc has updated through Creditwise, both of the accounts have close in the past week. Credit wise has not ubdated the balance. I went to Annual creditreport and pulled Transunion EQuifax reports and Transuion has not updated balance on both of my accounts then check Equifax report and both accounts have updated the balance. this shows me that creditwise is not at fault they are using transuion data an Equifax updates much faster, I don't this may because both WF and Discover may not report and update to Transunion as fast as they do Transuion.d

Nobody is saying that Transunion doesn't always update as fast as Equifax. That is most certainly true, just as Experian doesn't always update as soon as Transunion for some lenders (Cap One is frequently mentioned). What I (and others) are seeing is that even after Transunion updates, it sometimes does not result in a timely score update on Credit Wise.
I haven't seen enough change in my TU score to be able to determine how often it updates, but the prior changes shown in history that predate the switch to FICO 8, all match my dates my scores updated on myFICO. Only the current one in the chart changes to whatever today's date is. My TU8 is a point where it won't move much cause my BK is still reporting but is old and my scores are pretty stagnant. I guess I could play around with fewer cards reporting to test it, but I don't like that kind of micromanagement anymore.

That part. TU has updated the information, because CK has updated it. CW, I believe we will all find out, will only actively update monthly just as Discover does. One thing I noticed this morning is that it shows a reference to my score dropping 4 points since May 29th.
You said " I believe we will all find out, will only actively update monthly just as Discover does. "
This was my question when this started to roll out and people were posting they had changed over.
Well my account finally changed and like with the old system CW every 2 days indicates I have an updated score but when I look nothing has changed. Same behavior as before.
I will not the Chase Credit Journey AMEX MyCredit Guide behave the same way with their source data.
For example all 3 show 314 dollar Home Depot Charge that I Paid in Full still showing 60 days AFTER that account cycle closed and reported 0 bal. The next reporting date is 12 July and the CRAs will update that account then.
Same occurs on Chase csp and united and on my Disco.
Some of these events are just a mix of closing date and payment due date combined with other reporting cycle dates.
Best Data available at any moment is on a new credit report even though they cost money
