Cap1 not reporting to Experian

I called cap 1 because they arent reporting on my credit cards 1 is 6 months old and the other 2 months I called cap 1 and they said they are reporting but its not showing up on my experian report. What do I do?

If you have not been using the cards, letting a small charge get on a new statement should

have things updating within a month or so. 

With new cards, sometimes it takes a few months for them to show... but the 6 month old card should be showing on EX by now IMHO. 

It would bother me enough to make a small charge on both, and to also call them back and hope you get a CSR who can help debug this.

I agree with S.C.(usually do, for some strange reason, lol) Call their back door number and ask to speak to an acct. specialist and tell them the problem.

Sylvia loves me even with my potty mouth which she scolded me for. 

Backdoor is for retention so I didn't want to recommend it but yanno what?  I agree with Sylviatob.    Just don't tell them you got the number off the internet or they might change it on us!

Oh! And I ALWAYS call their backdoor #. I always get someone who speaks perfect english, is very friendly and really quite helpful.

I only use the # on the back of a cc to call in for balance, and current transactions.
