Cap1 reportin has been brought up before but not this year so thought I'd see if I'm the only one...

Cap one auto finance hasn't reported since aug for me. I've made a lot of principal payments trying to get refinianced and get a bump in my score for a mortgage.  My loan officer wants to see the updated reports not a requirement but he said it would help. I'm just frustrated that this is happening again. I'm in Texas but we haven't been affected by a hurricane this year thank God so they can't use that excuse like with Harvey. Has anyone else not been updated?  Thanks

Have you tried calling Capital One and asking them what's up? I've read on here before that you can sometimes call lenders and ask them to report your current balance.
