Capital One CLI is soft pull

Anyone else confirm this for all circumstances?

Apparrently after getting robo-approved for a new card, once you get it in the mail you can request a CLI and it is a soft pull. I did this. So now I'm wondering if all Capital One CLI requests are soft pulls.

Yes they are! Just hit the luv button whenever you feel!

If you don't get instant-approved, you will get the 2-3 day notice which always mean denied. It will NEVER be a hard pull!
