Does anyone have the fax # and address for Capital One Consumer disputes?

Great question...

Here's what I used for GWs for me and a PFD for DW:

Capital One, PO Box 85520, Internal Zip 12030-163, Richmond, VA23285-5520

Capital One Bank, 15000 Capital One Drive, PO #100794, Richmond, VA 23238

Capital One, PO Box 85049, Richmond, VA 23286

Capital One, PO Box 85015, Richmond, VA 23285

Capital One, PO Box 30281, Salt Lake City, UT84130-0281

All of the addresses are found on our CRs and on CapOne's website. I tracked the PFDs and all letters to the Richmond addresses are forwarded to Utah.

888-435-4217 is a fax number I used also and was lifted off their website.

I also want to point out that we haven't had any direct response from any of these, but have seen changes to our CRs after sending GWs and PFDs, though nothing that could be linked to our actions.

I just wanted to reply with a big THANK YOU! I searched all over the Capital One website (maybe they removed this fax # from the site recently?), Googled till my fingers were ready to fall off, and every other fax number I found wasn't working, until I came across THIS post. This fax number worked.

I couldn't even get a fax number from any of the "customer service reps" I've talked to. Clearly, they don't want to be found.
