Capital One Not Reporting

Hi all. I was added as a authorized user but without issuing myself a card. 1st question will that effect me not getting reported? Cap 1 says it doesn't.

However they haven't reported for the account holder either. They reported the first month (I was added right after)

this is month 2 and they haven't reported for either. Aren't they suppose to report the same time each month?

Cap1 was my slowest reporting card.....I think they showed shortly after the second statement cut. Be patient.
