My credit karma updated yesterday and I noticed that an open credit card with Capital One was removed. The account has a zero balance but had not been updated for months due to Capital One not reporting so it was stuck showing a balance of $6471. Now it doesn’t show anymore, not even in closed cards, just totally omitted. Any ideas why this would happen?
Same thing happened to me on an AU account of mine. DH’s card was compromised, so they issued him a new card. The day he got his new card, he asked me to use the AU card for him and the purchase went through, so we assumed my card was good. TU deleted the account entirely. Still showing on EX & EQ. Hopefully this doesn’t happen when they report my Cap One! My Statement cuts tomorrow. I should know in 3 days or so.....
