My Capital One Auto due date and statement date have not changed, and there was no mention of change in my statements as there was on my Cap One MC. Regardless, the statement with the zero balance cut on March 24th and has still not reported. It's like they know I need it to report! ![]()

@Anonymous Interesting I was under the impression they changed their procedures across the board for all accounts. It may have just been for the credit cards.
In that case it may be a wait and see scenario. Hope it fixes sooner than later for you.
For some reason my Cerulean card always cuts on the 26th and shows up on my EX report faithfully on the 27th but for some reason has not shown up yet ( It did on Trans and Equifax). As I had made a nice payment and crossed a couple of thresholds down I was waiting to see the effect on EX. I picked up several points on Trans and Equifax.
I thought it would show by now (7 days late) but no go. No biggie...seems like it may skip last month and report this month on April 27 (hopefully just a 1 month glitch).
Hi All! I have a car loan with Capital One. None of the bureaus updated my loan amount for the end of April. Does anyone know if Capital One takes a longer time to update balances? I requested a letter showing my new balance and was going to send it to all 3 bureaus to update it. Has anyone done this before and if so, any best practices that I should keep in mind.
I'm specifically wanting them to update it because I am now below 8.9% of my car loan and know I should see an increase in my scores once the reports are updated.
Thanks!

Typically payment on the 12, they report on the 15. Still they have not reported. Anyone else seeing this?
Can I call them and yell at them to update? Ironicly my Credit one card already updated lol
Same here. They have been notoriously slow when reporting if it's in my favor. When I pay off the balance it takes forever to show up, but if I run the card up (I know thats bad) then they report immediately.
Is Capital One known to be slow with reporting? It's been almost two month since I've received my card and nothing. Was also added as an AU to one. Nothing. Is this a known issue?

@Anonymous It will take about 2 months or 2 statements for them to report to the bureaus on a new account.

Ok gotcha. I'm kinda new at this and all of my other cards reported really quick. I appreciate the response
Why is Cap1 always 2 months behind in reporting info to the CRA's ?? This drives me crazy every time I see it. Sorry if this topic has been started before so, feel free to move it if need be !!

Did you take into account the change in billing close date?
Two months behind? Current cards or charge offs? I paid a CO on 5/4, hasn't reported yet, was told at the end of the month, hopefully it truly will be this month. My current Capital one cards seem to report about 15 days late
