Re: Capital One Reporting Delayed

My TU report says 5/18 but it didn't actually update till 5/25.

Re: Capital One Reporting Delayed

Add me to the list: my Cr1 QS card hasn't updated on EX since 4/17, 41 days ago as of today. They did update on TU and EQ this past Friday. I check EX every day and no update.

This seems to happen to my Cr1 account about once a year.

Edit: corrected statement reporting date.

Re: Capital One Reporting Delayed

Where is everyone viewing their TU and Equifax?

I've had no updates on neither CRA on Credit Karma at all.

Y'all pull Annualcreditreport.  When I see discrepancies, ACR is my go to to rule in or out an error/delay.

Re: Capital One Reporting Delayed

Interesting enough, my TU update from Cr1 shows an update on May 18th on Cr1's CreditWise Vantage score feature within the app.

Also, I have Equifax's 'MyEquifax' dot com Vantage score model, and that is similarly up to date.

If I pull a 3B report from annualcreditreport dot com, Cr1 hasn't updated since 4/17.

I'm unsure why Vantage scores have the correct balance update but directly from the credit bureau (or MyFICO subscription) it is behind.

It doesn't make any sense.

Re: Capital One Reporting Delayed

It may be that when you subscribe to a service like myEquifax & TrueIdentity that provide a score on a scheduled date or upon request (like True Identity) they then request your score so you get a current report.

I read online that Cap1 reports anywhere from 30 to 45 days.....just when they are good and ready......but not a specific date as a rule to the cb's and perhaps ACR.

Re: Capital One Reporting Delayed

Just to clarify: they report what your balance is when the statement cuts, and if you make any charges after that date, they will appear on the next statement?

Cr1 is my AZEO card, and I have a suspicion this cycle they might perform a mid-cycle update with charges made after my statement. I hope I am wrong.

I just pulled my Annual Credit Report.  They confirm that EQ and TU updated with Capital One's May statement info.  EX still has April info.

Has anyone's Capital One balance updated on their Credit Karma?

When I logged into Credit Karma just now, it shows an EQ report generated on 5/28 showing my paid off May balance.  The TU report was generated on 5/25 and is still showing the balance from April.
