Is it possible to get an auto refinance loan and a credit card with one hard pull at capital one?

No cap one usually pulls all THREE for their credit cards.

So if I get an auto refinance loan and they pull from all three credit bureaus and then the same day I apply for a credit card are they gonna repull all three bureaus?

It's a pretty safe bet that they will.
