I haven't gotten an update either for the month of September . I called and the 1st rep said it was because i had changed my payment date. I waited a couple of weeks and spoke to another rep via the chat option and he/she said they had no idea why it hadn't updated. I hope it updates soon since i had a balance the last time and have paid it down to 0 since then.

Could you change your font please to one thats more readable, and easier on everyone's eyes?
Yes. My apologies. I’m on my smartphone and my font looks the same as everyone else’s but when I log in online it looks a mess.
my quicksilver card hasn't reported in over 2 months and my mothers cap one card is the same way....I was a AU on my mothers card to help buy the things she needs and they totally removed me off of equifax completely....
Both my Capital One credit cards reported fine in September. Zero issues.
One of them should report again any day now, will update if it doesn't.
I never had an issue with cap one reporting before until now....but i have seen many more people like me so I guess this might have something to do with the equifax breach....my equifax report keeps going dark for weeks and then will refresh then go dark again not allowing me to see it. and Cap one AU just stopped reporting on my equifax all together kinda strange. but this seems to be a common thing with Cap one the past few months.

Today I finally received a new statement since August for November with a new statement date (went from due on 14th to due on the 6th) so maybe I'll have an update later on this month or sometime next month.
has capital one update your october statement to all 3 CB yet ?
