Yes they send them in the mail. However I just got some in the mail BUT when I called Cap1 I was offered better deal..... the mail was 6.99%  life of loan...also 1.99% for 6 months. I called & got 1.99% for life of transfer. Never be afraid to ask & see what falls out.

Well, they offered 1.99% for 6mo. Doesn't help me tho, only other CC has less than $200 balance that will be paid next month. You are correct tho, I should have asked for a BIG CLI.
