Warning check the account numbers if you have extended family in your household; We received two CareCredit MasterCard Upgrade letters with mastercards in the mail. one in my mother's name and the other in my name and wife's name with HAVING THE SAME ACCOUNT NUMBER My mother, who has her own CareCredit account in her name with her income was CHANGED to to my account number just because I have her CARECREDIT POA. Customer Service said if I upgraded my account my Mother"s account would be added to my account and I COULD NOT SEPERATE THE TWO ACCOUNTS. I could delete her account, leaving my Mother without her CareCredit card. Customer Service said I gave my permission to add her account to mine and I could NOT withdraw the permission. The whole mess stared with I having my Mother's CARECREDIT POA helping her with Identity theif from a distance family menber who SOMEHOW open a SEPARATE SECOND CareCredit Account [How could CareCredit not get suspicious with a different mailing address] in my Mother's name and having a collection agency looking for my Mother.
