Cell Coverage under Navy Fed CC

Sorry, wasn't sure where to post this but  a  question for those who use their Navy Fed credit card for cell coverage under their insurance program.  They say the first 3  lines are covered, but  how do "they" determine what 3 lines are covered when you opt to use the insurance for a covered repair??

I suspect they're meaning the first 3 claims. If you have 10 claims, only the first 3 (lines) are covered.

Could be mistaken though.

Send a message, see what they say.
