I would dispute it with the CRA(s) again. It is reporting incorrectly. Don't call a dispute in, though. Try it online.

i did 4 times, i sent letters and dispute on line...it came back as vertified, which i do have an phone thru them in good standing....
i want to know how is the cra's vertifing this thru the CA's

Was there a CA involved? Who did you pay?
Two questions :
1. What is the balance being reported as ?
2. Which credit bureau(s) is reporting this?
