Charged Off Accounts

What do you do about accounts that show up on your credit reports as charged off? is there anyway I can negotiate paying them now to have them delted from my report or am I SOL?

Who is reporting the OC a CA or both? what is the DOFD/DOLA on them? what is your SOL?

Ask as many questions as you need. Dates are very important to us!! Also the type of debt....CC auto loan medical etc!

Depends on the company...most CCC's...will NOT delete a charge-off...to name a few...
