I have someone that agreed to add me as an authorized user on one of their CC accounts.
For 2 days, we received the error message:
"It looks like this part of our site isn't working right now.
Please try again later. Thanks for your patience."
Day 1: iOS app only.
Day 2: iOS app (on 2 different cards, thinking maybe the card was the problem), then PC. Both devices the account holder uses regularly for banking.
Has this happened to anyone? I'm asking here because Chase currently has a 50 minute wait time... and limited hours, of course.
