I ordered my consumer disclosure from Lexis Nexis and even though I provided my full name, SSN, driver's license, and address that I've been at for 25 years the envelope they sent me was 73 cents postage for a two-page letter that said "we can't find a file for you".
I'm curious about it since I've read that they collect a lot of nonsense so why wouldn't they have something on me. I even had a tax lien that I satisfied 6 years ago and some identify theft (from a relative) that I cleared up a few years ago where she was sued under my name twice, so I thought for sure that there'd be something in there.
Should I request again under the "further review" contact they provided or leave it alone?
That is really odd about "They can't find it" ..
I ordered mine, it was thick as a phone book.
I read it, decided that I would "FREEZE" it and "Opt out"
Just way to much information.
Honestly, I don't have a suggestion about how to proceed?
Maybe someone else will chime in like @thornback or @Anonymous
I got the same we cant find anything notice in the mail as well.

Nah... i'm at loss here too. If LN doesn't have data on you -- then who would? They're the biggest data miners around. The only thing would be to request further investigation -- maybe provide copies of your DL and / or SSN to ensure they are searching the correct personal information?
Perhaps check with other, similar data miners such as SageStream or CoreLogic Credco and see what, if anything, they have on file for you. If they have nothing, then it would be safe to say that this is a much deeper issue than LN simply not having a file for you -- and I have no idea how you'd go about rectifying that (if you wanted to).

Did you request full file disclosure or CLUE reports or both?
Good Q. If OP ordered their 'Consumer Full File Disclosure' then that would include all reports (I believe there are 10 total).
So I'm not sure this is relevant to exactly what you're experiencing, but I recently had a weird experience ordering my LN file as well. I requested it digitally, but they sent me snail mail with confirmation codes to use to log in and view my report online. It arrived and I used the code to log in. When I tried to pull my report, it was unable to locate any data for me either. About maybe 3-5 days or so later, a second letter came with another code. The letters were identical in format, however the second had a different code to use. Upon inputing this new code, I was able to view my full report from them. I think they may have sent access to two different types of reports, and only one was applicable to me? Like I said, I'm not sure if any of that is helpful in any way to you or not, but thought I would share a somewhat similar experience. Hope you get it sorted out. All I can say is LN certainly has their eyes on all of us!

This makes sense ..
