Chase CSR Fraud

I noticed Monday evenening that I had 4 pending charges that were not mine on my CSR card. I called chase up at 8 PM and they verified that it was fraud. They told me that someone cloned my card. The 4 charges only totaled 150 bucks. Chase cancelled my card and took off the charges and next day aired me a new card. Excellent customer service!!

Been through the same situation. Received my CSR the very next day. Great service! Even though when you first receive the card and they’re getting a feel for your spending habits, fraud department would regularly initially block large purchases and I would have to call to verify the purchases.

Actually just have B of A do this very same thing last week. The Big Bank Fraud Security departments are really on top of fraudulent charges.
