Chase authorized user - How will they report to CBs?

I added my mother to my CSP for that sweet 5k bonus but they only asked for a name and address.  She doesn't have my last name or address and they didn't ask for her SSN or anything.  Will they be able to report to CBs for her?

If she is the only one with that name living at that address, it will likely be adequate for the CRA to match with the proper file.
