Cheapest has already been mentioned -- cards that come with a free FICO.  Other than that you purchase them from myFICO.

I agree. And I love the 3 bureau monitoring.. provides me with the most fico's I've ever obtained. And will prevent people from getting cards just for their FICO score for that bureau if that card doesn't have any good rewards. (aka FNBO, etc.)

The cheapest on MyFico is $60. Whether you get the "3B CR and FICO scores" for $60, or the "3B FICO Scores and Credit Monitoring" for $20/mo (Minimum of 3 months) is $60.
