I went to sign in to my Citi account, but I received three error messages. I did double check after the first time. I noticed the web address did not look right. I got out, found the correct site and signed in. I then called Cap 1 CS. I told my story and concerns and requested a new card with a hold on my account. I was sent a CC, but it had the same account number. I called back and this CSR understood immediately to cancel the card and issue a new account number card.
Always be on guard.

Who else recognizes this as an AI-generated response?
@Jeffster1It's super obvious now, but soon enough it'll be good enough that we won't be able to tell the difference. That freaks me out a bit.

Super obvious.
Always suspect new visitors and check them out 😬. Mods should incorporate some pre-post screening/verification tools for visitors and new members.

Would a question like:
"What does Juan in Addition to Too Equal ?"
be able to weed out?
