okay so i wrote a GW to them few weeks ago and it was declined. On the letter it says, "Our records indicate that the above account will remain on y our credit report until 07/2010."
This date that they mentioned on the letter is 2 years earlier than the removal date that I see on my reports.
Can I send a copy of this letter to the CRAs in 3 years and get it completely removed? Or do I have to go by the date that CRA say is the removal date?
