I had a loan with Citifinance, they wrote it off as P&L in 2004, sold it to a collection agency...whom I currently am disputing because they did not report any of my payments..Anyways, here is my question:
Citifinance put a lien on my van (1991 dodge caravan), what is the law if I have offered to give them the van. Three (3) different times they have refused and said was not their problem but that of the collection agency. Can I legally just have the van 'junked' because no one wants the van?
