My last CITI FICO score (Bankcard Score 8) was dated 12-23-2014. Since I did not have any charge activity on my CITI Diamond Preferred card during January 2015, I did not receive a new statement and, thus, received NO score. I called CITI and they verified that their credit score is issued only via a statement, implying there has to have been recent charge activity. (Same with Discover's FICO scores) The CSR I spoke with would not tell me my credit score for this period. So, you gotta spend something on their card to get your free score. Of course...!

Kinda stupid considering the score isn't based on just Citibank.

I never use that card honestly, just paying off a balance. Maybe I will use with a product change
