So, as the subject line states, I have sucessfully froze two out of the CRA's and Experian, as always, gave me issues. I attempted to do it online and got the message that they cannot do online because of (insert BS reason here) and that I'd need to print off the handy form the webpage generated and return it to them with proof of who I was, service or utility statement, etc and a check for $5.00.
I did that.........twice.......both times CMRRR.........and both times it came back Return to Sender, Address Unknown, Unable to Forward.
Is this typical of Experian?

Or is it just time to try and talk with customer service........again........for the 6th time.
