Citi doesn't always include everything when they report on an account.
They never bothered to report everything on my credit card that went into the bankruptcy except that there was a card, that it went into the bankruptcy, and what the date of first delinquency was, after I disputed late payments that they posted after my filing.
They responded by clearing almost all of the fields including payment history.
It's not like I want them to say how much went in or that it was over my limit because the higher that amount is, the worse it is for your credit score, although at this point it would only make a couple points difference until it falls off the Experian and Equifax in August.
There's nothing more to dispute because although most of it is blank, what is there is accurate including the removal date.
@AndrewF The bureaus are correct in removing any payment history during the time the account is in bankruptcy. The payment history is removed because the court controls what can be paid or not paid. I would have to research on Chapter 13 BK reporting is handled
My dispute was wanting Citi to add actual payment amount to their reporting. Citi declined to do so.
