Citizens bank

Woke up to an email from them someone tried to log into my account multiple times and they locked it . I have my auto loan through them 😳

So guess I will be calling them bright and early this am 😡

They were as clueless as 😳I call the lady verifying everything then unlocks my account I said great but I didn't make multiple attempts this morning like I stated throughout the phone conversation then she transfers me , this department even more clueless . He says well I see your account is unlocked , no #### Sherlock that's not why they transferred me had to go over it again and starts telling me how to log in etc again I stated it was NOT ME . I finally said thanks logged in and changed my information 🤬

Yup exactly . Luckily I only have my auto loan with them . Other banking in the future I don't think 😒

Doesn't seem like the got in, which is always good! But still like to plug a good password manager for those that aren't using one. Personally I use BitWarden for mine (free, open source), but there are a ton of options.
