Closed Credit Card CR Reporting Weirdness

I just got an alert from Credit Karma that one of my accounts had the remarks updated. Went out to check, and it was a Best Buy card that's been closed since 2014. Anyone had this happen, or have any idea why it might have happened?

I am not in an area that had any natural disasters, or even close to any...

Remarks: ACCOUNT CLOSED BY CONSUMER; AFFCTD BY NTRL/DCLRD DISASTR; CLOSED

My Best Buy Visa card recently updated with this same status, as did my Macy's store card.  I am not in any area that has been affected by a natural disaster either, so I am not sure what is going on with this sudden change to the remarks.  Both of my accounts are still currently open, but the changes occurred within days of each other.

I just noticed they updated another old and closed account on my CR with the same status. Looks like someone at CBNA is screwing up.
