Try for cli's on all of your cc's before you call and close the paypal card. Why do you want to close the paypall cc? Low limit, high apr, high fees. Call them and ask to have terms adjusted. If csr says no, tell them they have been very helpful in explaining your options and you would like to speak to a supervisor to complement them on the job that they did. Then just ask the supervisor for the same changes that you asked the csr for.
At this time you can also tell them about the job that the csr did if you want to.
