Collection Deletion Question

If you get a collection deleted from your credit report threw disputing can it be added back to your credit report by the same collection company at a later date?

It can-
 
However, FCRA states that the CRA are to take steps to prevent this from happening and they are to notify you within 5 days of reinsertion.

I heard once it's gone that it can't be put back on there unless it's another collection i guess i was wrong lol

yes it can happen..i disputed a verizon debt..it was deleted for about a month and it reappeared the following by the same collector

CAs sell & resell debts. You need to keep hard copies of all CRs  so that if it is reported past CRTP you will have something to prove it.
