Hello. I just wanted to know if anybody has had success getting a PGE (utility) collection deleted? I've tried calling in several times in addition to speaking with a supervisor and no luck. There's a balance of $487 and I have tried getting a PFD which hasn't worked.
Today I called and spoke to a Customer Service Rep who was rude, and went on and on about how I was still responsible for the bill because I was a "roommate". This bill had gone into collections about last year, and there were payment arrangements.. The first check I sent was cashed months later, and the second check never received. Now, they are saying the arrangements are void since my part of the agreement was never met. But they did cash the check, so does that mean that they should still honor the arrangement? Please help.
