Is this normal?
Credit report has an unpaid collections account listed for two years. Responsibility on the report is listed as joint, however, the other party to this joint responsibility does not have the account listed on their report at all. Is it likely to show up on the other persons report at some point? I am curious why it says joint but only showing on one persons reports and not the other.
