Thanks so much for the information... AND the kudos on getting our credit cleaned up. :-) I'm pretty proud of it. I found the paperwork from when I purchased my home in August 2003 and couldn't fathom why anyone would have given me a mortgage. My score was a whopping 525!!! EEK!

Usually but not always. I had a CA collecting for Sprint that reported that way.
