Ah! I have an EX membership and will do as you've done. Many thanks!
@Gidgetmom wrote:Has anyone else noticed that Comenity store cards didn't report for July?
I have 2 store cards that I got early in my rebuild, Bealls and Venus. In June, Bealls had a balance of $434 out of a $1400 CL and Venus had a balance of $67 out of a $1200 CL. July 6th, I paid them both off (I was able to pay online during the "outage" on their website). Both accounts show the payment processed and I have a zero balance. Comenity usually reports on the 25th of each month for me (if I've had any activity on the card). There have been months that it didn't report, but I also had no activity on a zero balance.
Just wondering if the recent "outage" had anything to do with this.
@Gidgetmom I guess if you could have guessed the future you could have titled your post...Comenity Didn’t Report In July /August/Sept/?
COMENITY You Stated Updates Were Coming......................
Same here - Comenity last report was June 2022 for me on all 3 store cards.
@Iusedtolurk wrote:I know they were updating or going through something with their system a while back but it seems they still haven't got it together.
In fact they haven't updated credit reports for my Overstock account in so long I just got an alert from credit Karma inquiring.
It looks like you have a balance on your CCB/OVERST account.* Since you haven't used this account in the last 3 months, we want to make sure the balance belongs to you.
Check in with your account to make sure all the charges are yours. If anything looks suspicious, you can follow steps to file a dispute with Credit Karma's Direct DisputeTM tool.
It's not affecting me right now because I always leave a small balance on it. But if I was going AZEO it would be definitely a frustrating situation.
Hope they get it together soon.
I got that same email from CK.
So I have noticed that my BJ'S Mastercard has not reported to the bureaus since May. Quite concerning since I paid of my $6K balance and is still effecting my score. Contacted them via private message questioning why has not reported and my concerns about effect on score. Below is the response I just received. Not Happy at all !!!

After 90 days they are in violation of the FCRA, so you are well within your right to dispute and get this resolved quicker than their "two billing cycles". Otherwise you can sue them for $1k per violation.
Mine hasn't reported since June 22.

@pcmedic2k All I can say is Comenity does not need to do system upgrades if it screws them up for almost half a year or possibly more?
They basically have not updated since JUNE and OCTOBER is here in a couple of days.
Anyone who needed or needs to do AZEO has been or is totally screwed until this has been rectified. If someone had a big purchase that relied on AZEO extra points Comenity could have or could incur thousands of dollars of additional debt due to their failures.

Out of pure arrogance, meaness or incompetence they have ceased reporting since June. What a bunch with no responsible rules to bring them into line. Its only fair but that isn't in their policy.

Yes! This is what's happening to me! We're buying a home, and my middle FICO 5,4,2 is just a couple of points shy of 700. I've paid off three Comenity accounts (~$15K), and Comenity is holding my score hostage by not reporting! Last report was in June. I tried to dispute through Experian, but the site always had technical issues. I finally was able to dispute with Equifax and am waiting for resolutions. So infuriating!
