Conditional Release after PFD letter

I was sent a Conditional Release after I sent a PFD letter.

Is this sufficient to remove from my 3 credit files?  It says "settlement in full" on the release form.

Here's the relevant excerpts:

Whereas, on behalf of Assignor, <company> and the <individual> have achieved a resolution of their dispute based on economic considerations, with neither party admitting liability to the other;

...shall, upon <company's> receipt of such sum when due, forever relase and discharge each other from any and all claims, demands, suits, judgements, damages or liabilities they might otherwise have agaisnt the other..."

There's nothing else to indicate removing this account from my credit profiles.

Should it have something like this?  (example, from another release form)

I, being or acting as the Authorized Agent for or on behalf of NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS, INC., aka MARLIN INTEGRATED CAPITAL will contact any and all credit reporting agencies, namely (TransUnion, Equifax or Experian) that this alleged debt has been reported to and allegedly owed to NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS, INC., aka MARLIN INTEGRATED CAPITAL, by YOUR NAME HERE, and clearly communicate to them either by phone, in person or writing that any reporting of said account or alleged debt is to be completely deleted and removed with no trace of activity or presence from any and all credit files in regards to YOUR NAME HERE, Social Security #123-45-6789, and further agree that this account will not be re-reported or re-appear at any date after this conditional agreement has been signed by NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS, INC., aka MARLIN INTEGRATED CAPITAL.

Re: Conditional Release after PFD letter

 If it doesn't say they will delete then you don't have a pay for delete agreement.  Their response should address what you specifically asked for in your letter, that you will submit payment in exchange for the TL being deleted.

What you have cited is a settlement and hold harmless agreement.  This does not provide specifically that any action will be taken by them to delete.  A simple addition to their terms that upon receipt of payment they agree to instruct the major credit bureaus (EQ, TU, EX) to delete these tradelines.
